Our offices and phonelines will be closed 25-26 December and from 31 December to 1 January, inclusively.

Part VII Transfer has been approved and is scheduled to take effect on 31 December 2025.
We’ve been following a strict legal process known as a Part VII Transfer in the UK, alongside separate insurance business transfer schemes in Jersey and the Bailiwick of Guernsey (Guernsey).
Your interests have been protected throughout the process, and there will be no changes to how your policy works, or your rights or obligations, other than you becoming a policyholder of Aviva Life & Pensions UK Limited.
